NOTE! All tickets and passes are sold until the 28th of March 09.00 am. After this, you can only purchase tickets/passes at the door. Please note that the festival full pass and bachata full pass prices will increase after 09.00 am on the 28th of March.

First, purchase your desired salsa festival 2024 full pass/ticket from the online store. No login is required. Please read the registration instructions fully before purchasing your tickets for the Salsa Festival 2024 in Helsinki!

Register for the festival classes through the reservation system Bsport OR the Tanssikoulu Baila Baila app. Read the instructions below first. The easiest way to register for festival workshops is through the Tanssikoulu Baila Baila app.

Once we receive your payment throught the online store bailabailary.fi, we will add the festival ticket/tickets for you to the Baila Baila reservation system Bsport. We will add them using the same email with which you purchased the product. You can register for classes by logging into Bsport either with your existing credentials OR by selecting “forgot password” and using your email to get a new password and log in. DO NOT create a new profile, since we have already created one if we can’t find an existing one with the given email. If you do not see the product in your account within 5 days of purchase, please contact us via email: info@bailabailayhdistys.fi. Please note that this process is done manually.

NOTE! If you purchased multiple tickets under your own name, please send us an email at info@bailabailayhdistys.fi with the name and email of the other person, so we can add the products to their account.

Once logged in, click on “Tanssikoulu Baila Baila” at the bottom left.

Since we have already added the product (which you paid for) to your account, you can go directly to “calendar” and select the classes you want. Click on the class and “book”.

You can view your bookings by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then “my account”. You can cancel your booking by clicking “cancel”.

Once logged in, please click on the “calendar” at the bottom left.

You can view your bookings by clicking on “bookings” at the bottom left. From there, you can see your bookings and cancel a class by clicking “cancel” and then “confirm”.

NOTE! It’s important to register for classes, as they can fill up. You can, of course, change the class at Aleksanterin teatteri (intermediate) if there is space available in other classes without notifying the staff. Beginner dancers at Baila Baila can also change classes if there is space, but the change needs to be informed to Baila Baila staff.
